Nature of the activity
Trips with Flyin’ High Charters involve fishing, boating, and sometimes wading on the flats and in the backcountry of the Florida Keys. These activities carry inherent risks, known and unknown, including but not limited to sun and heat exposure, sudden weather changes, waves and boat motion, slips and falls, hooks and fishing tackle, wildlife such as sharks and stingrays, equipment failure, and physical exertion.
Acknowledgment of risk
By booking a trip or using information from this Website, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks of these activities. Your participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for following Capt. Jesse’s safety instructions and for telling him before the trip about any medical condition that could affect your safety on the water.
No guarantee of results
Fishing reports, photographs, and descriptions on this Website show real days on the water and are for illustration only. Flyin’ High Charters makes no guarantee of catch, species, size, numbers, or weather. Refunds are not issued because fish weren’t caught or conditions didn’t cooperate.
Relationship to the on-board waiver
This disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, any written liability waiver or release Capt. Jesse may ask you to sign before your trip.
